Property management, a text away.

Residents already know how to send a text. Tyler turns that text into a ticket with everything a tradesperson needs, and keeps both sides informed until it is closed. It replaces the group chat, the shared inbox and the notebook by the door with one number and one portal.

1. A resident gets in touch

They text or call your local number, or open the chat in the resident portal. No app to install, no account to make, no password to forget. A flip phone works.

2. Tyler asks the right things

Tyler already knows their unit and their open tickets, so it never asks them to confirm the address. It asks what a plumber would ask: what, where exactly, since when, getting worse, pets, best times.

3. A ticket opens itself

Category, priority and photos land on a numbered ticket. A gas smell, a flood or no heat in January is filed as an emergency and your team is paged the same second.

4. Everyone stays current

Assign a vendor and Tyler texts them the details. Every status change, note and visit lands on one timeline you can show a resident, a contractor, or a tribunal.

You are never out of the loop

Tyler never claims something was scheduled, sent or done unless it actually happened. If a step fails it says so plainly and asks a human to pick it up.
